PLACING YOUR ORDER

When placing your order, select the relevant variants under your desired model. Select your standard size in the drop down menu (see our size chart). If you fall between two sizes or unsure what size you require, when proceeding through to your cart, please select the standard size you typically take and supply your bust, waist and lower hip measurement in the 'Special Instructions For Order'. For our couture and time critical-orders, we highly recommend you include your accurate measurements because exchanges can be timely when returning your garments. 

Please note, your monitor and colour correction utilities may change the colours of our garments. Different devices, settings, lighting and other variables can also make your eyes perceive different colour information. 

 

CONSTRUCTION

We begin construction of your Gemeli Power garment as soon as we receive your order. Your order will be with you within 24 hours - 28 days depending on the model you are ordering, your construction turnaround selection, postcode and possible inventory. We have an express service for garments required urgently at an additional charge. Please note, if your required date is less than the period stated on the construction turnaround selection, it is only upon prior agreement via enquiry@gemelipower.com that we can guarantee your date is met. Please select your speed under the 'construction turnaround' drop-down menu when ordering your gown. We also hold inventory, should you wish to enquire about immediate dispatch.

We typically dispatch garments well before the construction turnaround periods listed under each model, however, please take these estimates into consideration and leave ample time for your garment to be constructed, processed, shipped and delivered. Gemeli Power cannot take responsibility for garments that are not delivered within 28 days due to reasons beyond our control. Gemeli Power cannot take responsibility for delayed parcels once in the hands of international customs. 

If you require any changes to your order including incorrect address details and sizing, please contact us immediately at orders@gemelipower.com to ensure adjustments are promptly carried out.

If your order has already been processed, Gemeli Power accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered. However, our usual returns process is available.

 

THE GEMELI HEMLINE

Gemeli gowns are all dispatched with a long-length hemline. Unfortunately, we are unable to customise (by shortening) the length of your gown in case you need to exchange your garment. Please state in the 'Special Instructions' when you proceed through the checkout if your height exceeds 182cm/5'11" tall (excluding a heel) and we can lengthen your hemline for you.

 

CURRENCY

The prices shown on our website are inclusive of sales tax (where applicable). For your convenience, please select your relevant currency while shopping on our website. Alternatively, Gemeli Power garments are priced in Australian Dollars (AUD). 

The price charged to our overseas customers will be determined by the exchange rate applied by the customer’s credit or debit card company, at the time the transaction takes place. The funds will be charged to your credit card in the currency that your bank is located in.
