We ask that you please choose your garment with care, read all product details and refer to our colour/fitting guides before ordering from Gemeli Power.
Gemeli Power offers an exchange garment or credit voucher. Our gowns are made-to-order so we do not offer refunds.
Please ensure your garment is returned in its original condition, along with tags and packaging. We will only offer an exchange or credit voucher for the value of your order excluding any additional fees including: alterations/express construction fees/shipping costs. No exchange or refund will be offered on sample sale items.
Should you need to exchange an item, please note the details below:
Your garment must be returned in its original garment bag with the tags attached.
Please include a copy of you invoice as proof of purchase when returning your garment including your order number.
The garment must not have been dry cleaned, spot cleaned, washed or dried.
The garment must not have been worn or altered.
The garment must be in perfect sellable condition. If there is any kind of scent or make up on the garment, your exchange will not be processed.
Please return your garment using the most convenient and cost effective postal service. You are not required to ship via DHL simply because we delivered the article to you via this expedited carrier. We strongly advise that you track your item, Gemeli Power Pty Ltd does not accept responsibility for missing parcels.
Please let us know whether you would like an exchange (state the style/size/colour/date you require your replacement) or a credit voucher. Please note, we can not send your replacement until we have received your return, however, we can begin construction of your new garment, or hold it if we have it in stock.
Return shipping costs will be absorbed by the customer.
For international orders, please ensure you declare the garment for a low value and state that it is a return item, otherwise duties will be charged. Gemeli Power Pty Ltd will not cover the cost of any duties or taxes for return parcels.
Once the garment has been received it will undergo a quality inspection and once cleared, you will be notified by email.
Goods are only classified faulty if they have a manufacturing fault.
If a fault occurs whilst the garment is being worn, you will not be able to offer a refund. If an item is faulty, please contact us immediately, within 48 hours of receiving the item. Your garment may be refunded or exchanged in full once it is returned to us and a quality review has taken place.
